The Founder and Partner of the Firm. Ankkush R Aggarwal is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2010. He is also a law graduate. He leads from the front, playing a key role in the strategic direction of the organization. He provides advisory services on specific issues including Start up compliances, Company law matters, Financial Markets, FEMA to clients from a wide range of industries. He handles RBI compliance matters including liasoning with RBI, Registrar of Companies, Regional Director, National Company Law Tribunal for seeking various types of approvals, compounding of offences, condonation of delay.

Divya Chawla

The Founder and Partner of the Firm.
Ms. Divya Chawla is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2010. She is also a post graduate, M.Com from Delhi university and also a law graduate. Divya heads the Organization. She is having significant exposure in corporate laws covering a wide range of areas including all types of company formation, LLP formation, Secretarial Audit, Due Diligence, NCLT, RD, RBI Matters, Drafting of legal agreements, Start up compliances, Conversion of Companies into LLP or vice-versa. She is having an experience in handling matters related to securities allocation by way of right issue, private placement, preferential allotment, Bonus issue.

Sakshi Chhabra

Sakshi is a Manager in our organization and is a member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India. She acts as a point of contact with our various clients for all their company law compliances. Sakshi holds expertise in XBRL filing (Both IND-AS and C&I), stamping of share certificates with various State Government(s), Annual filing of companies etc. She is also actively involved in Incorporation of Companies including the compliances of Start up compliances going through various rounds of funding.

Ritu Kashyap

Ritu is an Executive officer in our organization. She has a specialization in drafting of legal documents, Interpretation of various statutes and applicable laws, Stamping of share certificates with various State Government(s) etc.

Chesta Verma

Chesta is a Management trainee in our organization and a student of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She handles the secretarial compliances including annual filing of companies, day to day compliances of the companies etc.
